Julian is a Director at BernardFrank and leads our financial services business advisory focusing on banking, fintech, and SMEs. She also drives our Innovative Finance and Impact Investment portfolio. Julian holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business (Finance) and an MA in Strategic Management from the United States International University of Africa (USIU). A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and a Certified Retail Banker from the Retail Banking Academy (UK), Julian is a respected financial services consultant with 15 years of experience in business strategy, financial inclusion and credit risk management, revenue growth, and business turnaround. She works with lending and deposit-taking institutions, SMEs, and INGOs to design bespoke strategies for business growth, impact investing, and SME business incubation. Before joining BernardFrank, Julian worked at Barclays Bank (Absa Group) and Maersk.
