In order to reduce our impact on global warming and the environment, we minimise the use of paper where possible. Documents are scanned and stored while all waste paper produced by our office are collected monthly and channeled for recycling. Waste paper with sensitive information is shredded and then recycled.
We have reduced the volume of paper used and in the process have eliminated the required amount of storage space. Our clients can assist in reducing paper usage by receiving copies of reports and tax returns by e-mail and by adopting our single copy policy on all print works. We also recommend receiving documents in soft copy.
At BernardFrank we use energy efficient lighting in all our offices where possible. Lights, computers and appliances in our office are switched off after office hours when not in use. Minimizing the effects of our business on the environment is an ongoing project.
