Nina is an Associate Director at BernardFrank, and is also the leader of our Human Resource Consulting and Business Process Outsourcing.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from United States International University (USIU), MSc. Degree in Industrial and Organisation Psychology from Chicago School of Professional Psychology – USA, and is a Certified Career Coach.
Nina is specialised in Human Resource and Management Consulting with over 20 years of experience in institutional policies and procedure formulation, SAP – Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Application and payroll systems review and implementation, Compensation and Benefits, Job evaluation, Salary Surveys, Organisation restructuring and workload analysis, recruitment and selection, as well as competency skills assessment.
She has acted as a lead consultant for various companies in Kenya and abroad including various international development agencies and NGOs.
Prior to joining BernardFrank, Nina worked for International Business Machines (IBM), PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC), KPMG, and Ryder Logistics in USA.
