Ben is a Partner at BernardFrank, and also the director in charge of our assurance services for governments and donor agencies. He holds both Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and CPA (K) from Strathmore University. He is a fellow at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya, and is currently pursuing an MSc degree in Public Finance from University of London.
Previously Ben worked at PriceWaterHouseCoopers Kenya and GFA Consulting Group of Germany.
Ben is specialized in public financial management and economic policy reforms, financial and governance systems audits, as well as experienced fiduciary/fiscal agent for various donors and governments in Africa.

World Bank Group, US Government Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), The Global Fund, USAID, US Centre for Disease and Control (CDC), UNDP, The Kenya Auditor General, Various Africa Governments, Public Universities, and INGOs.

Nick is a Partner at BernardFrank and is also the Director is charge of our International Development Assistance Consulting (IDAC) as well as our Forensic and Business Recovery Unit. He holds both Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from University of Nairobi and MBA from United Stated International University. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner (DFE), Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) and Chartered Procurement Specialist (CPS) – UK.
Previously Nick worked at PriceWaterHouseCoopers Kenya, Mott MacDonald (UK), and Chevron of USA.
Nick is specialised in IT systems audit, management systems, procurement audits, company restructuring and acquisitions and forensic fraud investigations.

Nina is an associate Director at BernardFrank, and is also the leader of our Human Resource Consulting Practice. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from United States International University (USIU); she is a Certified Career Coach,and is currently pursuing a Masters in Industrial and Organization Psychology from Chigago School of Professional Psychology – USA.
Previously Nina worked at IBM (International Business Machines), Pricewaterhousecoopers and Ryder Logistics in USA.
Nina is specialised in Human Resource and Management consulting, administrative and operations policies and procedure formulation, SAP – Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Application and payroll systems review and implementation,Compensation and benefits, Job evaluation, Salary Surveys, Organization restructuring and workload analysis, recruitment and selection as well as competency skills assessment

Eric is a partner at BernardFrank under advisory and financial services; he is also the leader in charge of our corporate finance and management consulting. Eric holds BA in Economics from Moi University, he is a chartered accountant (ACCA), and holds an MA in Corporate Finance from Cambridge University-UK. Previously Eric worked at Pricewaterhousecoopers.
Eric is specialised in complex capital transactions and deals including mergers and acquisitions. He has comprehensive experience in government and public sector assurance and international aid agencies such as the World Bank and DFID
